🎶 Suroon Ki Shaam – A Night Where Melodies Spoke Louder Than Words 🎶

On 13th June 2025, the town of Hatfield witnessed something truly special — Suroon Ki Shaam, an evening where timeless music brought people together under one roof, wrapped in rhythm, culture, and emotion.

Organised by Sidma Events & Entertainment, this was the first-ever Indian classical and fusion concert in Hatfield, featuring a soulful blend of genres including folk, ghazal, Sufi, Qawwali, and classical music — all performed live by incredibly talented UK-based artists.

🌟 Event Highlights

The evening unfolded like a carefully composed raga:

🎤 Kreesha opened the night with a beautiful folk melody that instantly warmed the room. Her vibrant energy set the tone for the musical journey ahead.

🎶 Sidhdharth followed with heartfelt renditions of classic ghazals, including a special tribute to Jagjit Singh ji. His performance was intimate and filled with emotion — a moment of stillness in the hall.

🌙 Mohammad, trained in multiple genres, mesmerised the audience with Sufi-inspired pieces including "Ye Tune Kya Kiya", touching every soul with his voice and poise.

☕ A short break allowed guests to mingle, reflect, and connect — a perfect cultural pause.

🕊️ The second half opened with a powerful Qawwali performance by Saad and his group, with rich background vocals by Rishi and Mohammad, complemented by Mandeep on tabla and Frances on violin. The energy was electric, and the audience couldn’t help but join in with claps and smiles.

🎼 Closing the night was a captivating Indian classical performance by Farhan, who performed rare compositions originally sung by Pandit Bhimsen Joshi. Accompanied by Deep, a Guinness World Record-holding tabla maestro, this finale truly echoed the spirit of Suroon Ki Shaam — soulful, timeless, and deeply rooted in tradition.
